My friend Clara Wilson asked me this on my Facebook page:
People skills! 5 people offering the same product or service, how to encourage or sway them to choose you? In my world of photography this is huge, and i believe it’s important in any field. In some cases the product or service is enough, but in most cases we have to sell ourselves to the client as well.
